01. I do not charge rush fees as long as: (a) it is not a heavy commission, and (b) I did not get the commission 2 - 3 hours before the preferred deadline.
02. My commissions are always service-first. I do not charge down-payments, but my work is payment first. I will send a preview before asking for the payment.
